with due respect, i, *******, want to state that i have passed out b.s.s(bachelor of software system) from college (rajiv academy for technology & management, mathura), university (dr. bhimrao ambedkar university, agra (formerly : agra university)) in year 2004 having enrollment no. 0032**** and roll no. ***. i have applied for my degree certificate on 22 may 2013 to university, depositing all necessary documents and having challan no- 300438.
i request you to please send my degree certificate as soon as possible. i will be obliged for your kindness.

1. my granny is a student of class 6th of the above mentioned school. in time betwen 1959 to 1962
2. her name is __********___ is she want record related birth and residence n school leaving according to your records.

4. there's principal was very bad n unusual tlking n she would not have any respect against any elder or junior. . .how could to take with any person in office room.

I want to state that i have not received my certificate of the the ctet examination 2015 held in february .i had a telephonic conversation with ctet officials according to them it has been misplaced somewhere during transport via ordinary mail. i want to obtain my certificate at the earliest. my details are as bellow:
