Information regarding - whether the course (m.sc. in botany) from shridhar university is authorized course from ugc and will be granted in all competitive examinations across india

Hi,
i am ********. i have completed m.sc in botany from shridhar university, pilani on educational year 2012 - 2013. my enrolment number is ********** the university is established under section 2f of ugc act, 1956 by rajasthan state legislature vide the shridhar university act no. 04 as stated in mark sheet.
below are the few queries that i do have -
1. whether the course (m.sc. in botany) on that year from shridhar university was authorized course from ugc.
2. can i submit this m.sc course as a post graduate certificate in any competitive examination across india?
3. i have the mark sheet but not the certificate. i have tried to get the certificate from the university multiple time, but no luck. if the university is said to be registered by ugc, why they are not providing the certificate?
please help me to understand these queries. this is very important for my future career as lot of things are depending on this.

i appeared at the exam in june 2014 under distance education under global open university,nagaland,but till now i have not got my result.no body is lifting the phone as given by their website.i have given the proof of full course fee through email to the university.please
help me in this regard.
