aai airports authority of india have already sent many reminders for above said verification but no reply given from upbte lucknow

Information regarding - non disbursement of scholarship money

My name is **********,a 2008 selected candidate of mhrd css scholarship from board of imtermediate education with my schp.idno.08/s/******.i recieved scholarship amount for 3 years amounting to rs 30,000.i have not recieved the amount for last two years as i have written my bank ifsc code wrong in bank particulars in 3rd renewal form.i have made the correction of ifsc code by consulting the concerned section in bieap, nampally hyderabad in person.after that i contacted the concerned section 3 times in person in a gap of 1 year after making the correction of my ifsc code.but the people in the concerned section(ertw) were very reckless and did not made any further progress in the issue since over an year.unfortunately i have not recieved the scholarship amount for last year(i.e;4th renewal form or 5th year) inspite of entering all the correct details in 4th renewal form with all required enclosures and fulfilling all the eligible criteria for renewal.when i contacted the mhrd ministry through rti they gave me the below follwing details(enclosure attached) stating that it was the delay in board of intermediate education andhra pradesh.
with the help of rti i would like to get the following information
1)reason for not disbursing my sholarship amount of 3rd renewal form inspite of making correction of my ifsc code?
2)reason for not disbursing my scolarship amount of 4th renewal form inspite of fulfilling all eligible criteria?
3)reason for not sending the correct ifsc code when my name came in bank rejection list?
4)reason for not contacting me regarding the wrong ifsc code inspite of having my details(address,mobile no,email id)?
5)when i am going to get my scholarship?
