Non publication of marks of term end examination,december 2012

Sir,
i am a learner of mapy course of ignou with enrollment number ************.i wrote my first year term end examinations in december 2012, but the results for two papers namely mpye 005,mpye 006 are not published yet.usually ignou publishes their results within 45 days after the examination.since my results are not declared ,i am not able to improve my results.so i humbly request you to look into the matter and take steps to declare my results as soon as possible.
dca diploma is not recieved even after more than one year

Respected sir,
myself miss *********** passed dca diploma from mahrishi mahesh yogi vedic vishawavidyalaya jabalpur madhya pradesh in june 2010 and consequently send the application form and required demand draft for getting hard copy of my diploma to concern vishawavidyalaya on 14.02.2012 .the details of application form and demand draft for getting diploma are as:
1) roll no- ********/********* 2) enroll. no.-*/******** 3)session-2009-2010
4)course-dca
5)result-pass
6)authorized study center-chitransh computer center
7) demand draft no.-******** all the required formalities were completed from my side and all the required application forms along with demand draft were send to mahrishi mahesh yogi vedic vishawavidyalaya jabalpur by speed post (no *****). on on 14.02,2012.
but till date i have not received my diploma from mahrishi mahesh yogi vedic vishawavidyalaya jabalpur madhya pradesh.
at present time there is urgent requirement of diploma for me,therefore it is requested to expedite the matter why diploma is not received to me till date and further arrange to send diploma hard copy as early as possible .
