Wrong answer key for bms course

I took bms common entrance test held on 26 june and was subsequently called for an interview. the entrance answer key which was provided on 20 july had answer of 7 questions wrong because of which i was unable to qualify for shaheed sukhdev singh college of business studies and keshav mahavidhalaya. i request you to look into the matter and get the answer key rectified and subsequently the marks obtained by me. i also request you to order the principal of the colleges to give admission to all the eligible students who didnot make it due to the mistake of fms.

I m student ,i was given exam of bhu pet -** in *** of msc molecular human genetics; when result declared i have seen my result on siteis general rank is ** and obc is ** but today its shows different general rank ***and obc **.
according to previeous rank i have chance to get admission and called by department .
please do some procedure and let me know the truth that ho w different rank shows me.

Regarding fee of fourth semester for pg course

With due to respect , i want know following things which i am not able to clarify.
fee for 4th semester is rs 80100/-
in which approx rs 21000/- is tuition fee
and rs 55000/- is building & infrastructure fund
and remaining as library fee and computer fee
in 4th semester there is no class schedule
and on that period we have internship or job program
so what are basis of taking so much fee.
i accept that tuition fee is necessary
but what about building fund which is being taken
with the fee.
and
where building fund is utilized for last year 2012
if funding of this institute is by government please clarify then basis of fee taken for building fund.
