I want to know whether my marksheet is genuine or not.
name of course : mba(hr)
name of college/university : madras university
registration roll no : ********** year : 2011-13
project done and attended viva and received the mark manually but the project mark is not printed inthe marksheet. applied for three years for correction but no steps taken in the university, asking to do the project again .hence not received the combined marksheet and the certificate. i am attaching copy of marksheet.

Indian post had held examination in 2014 for the post of assistant and in approximately announced result in month of oct 2014 but they did not give joining letter to selected candidates due some reason after that dept again announced revised result after two months but they did not give joining lett to successful candidate till now i pls send us what is the problem to send a joining letter
