Dear sir,
i **** was the student of bhabha college of engineering aonaha kanpur dehat of session 2008-12. at the time of admission i had submitted 15000rs. as caution money. after complition of course i asked them for caution money, they give me the cheque of 12000 rs. only but this cheque also bounced.
i contacted to college authority they told me to return the cheque and they will issue a new one but after that noone of them attending my call. already two years has happened but there is no response from college side.
please look in this matter and tell me what should i do...waiting for your response.
