on delay i have asked for service request end in futile:

Dear sir,

i have applied for passport at passport *****, guwahati (under regional passport office of guwahati, assam) on 2nd december 2013. the file no. of the application is 'gu*****'.

police verification at barama police station & dist. sp office baksa has been completed and report sent to rpo guwahati on 07.03.2014 (police verification file no. bsa/dsb/***/****/**** dated 04.03.2014).

still i have not received passport in my hand. i would like to know the status and request for sending it at the earliest.
