Information regarding - delay in pf amount

I am ****************** having pf account number **********. i had applied for pf withdrawal and when i checked the status of my pf claim it says neft done. however it has been 2 weeks since the time this status is showing and i have not received the money in my account number *********** with bank of baroda.
i called the pf office today asking why the amount has not been transferred to me. the pf department person today tells me that the payment has been transferred to ************.
pf department makes it compulsory to submit my bank statement and cancelled cheque. not sure why this has not been verified while transferring the pf & pension amounts to me.
pf is my hard earned money and need the money urgently for hospitalization of my family member. request you to please help me get this money.

I had applied for a pf transfer from my old pf account with bommasandra bangalore office to (barkatpura office) to my new pf account with the bommnahalli bangalore pf office, the online epfo website is showing that is is transfered, but still the transfer has not happened to my new account

I had applied for withdrawal of my pf from my previous employer and have waited for a long period for confirmation of the same. my requested pf withdrawal has not been processed.
following are my pf withdrawal details:
my epf account number :******** previous employer : fidelity business services india private limited_____
withdrawal application date : 23/01/2015_____
please confirm status of my epf and advise the reason for the delay.work and the amount not recieved till now.
