Epf transfer status- pf office kandivali - pf office bandra

I had applied for transfer of my pf from my previous employer and have waited for a long period for confirmation of the same. my requested pf transfer has not been processed.
following are my pf transfer details:
my epf account number : mal00933280000000174
previous employer : ppd pharmaceutical pvt. ltd.
current employer : siro clinpharm pvt. ltd.
epf office holding old account : pf office kandivali
epf office holding new account : pf office bandra
transfer application date : 31-mar-2015
dear sir,i am vaibhav shahaji pawar, uan no. 100399299578 and pan no. amupp1908g. this is with regards to request for transfer of my ppf account no. mal00933280000000174 with my previous employer ppd pharmaceuticals pvt. ltd. to my current pf account no. mhban00461160000001195 with siro clinpharm pvt. ltd. above mentioned application was made on 31 mar 2015 and subsequently approved by my previous employer and current employer on 13 apr 2015 and 14 apr 2015 respectively. however till date i have not received any status on the application as to whether it was approved or if not approved the reason for the same.i would like to hereby confirm that both the accounts mentioned above are in my name.thanking you in advance.regards,vaibhav pawar please confirm status of my epf transfer and advise the reason for the delay.
Procedure to cancel a company pf code

Dear sir,
my self balkrishna ***, owner of bansil engineers, i have a company pf code, in this company we not work from last year and now we want to close our pf code, but not close our bank current account , we use bank account for electrical parts trading business. how to close our pf code please guide us.
