1. survey no. 201
2. survey no. 202
please let me know the actual area of survey numbers 201 and 202 at present.
how much land was sold or leased earlier from the survey numbers 201 and 202 ?
if leased or sold what was the area of that land ?

i bought a flat at dhundehera ghaziabad at s3b , 11 floor and signed a builder buyer agreement in jun 2012 in which it is clearly stated that possession of flat will be handover to buyer within next 36 months which is already crossed in last year jun 2015. i wrote 8 letters to comapny but didn't get any reply til now. whenever i am trying to contact their md/chairman most of the people told that he is not in india and even their secretary did not respond over phone as well as over email.
because of this my parents are staying in delhi at rented accommodation and i am paying their rent as well as bank emi which i took for this house.
request provide help that what action should i need to take?
