Query about procedure involving transfer of property

1. is there a set procedure for transfer of leased out government property ?
2. there was a plot that had been allotted to my father , mr **** in development area which after official procedure has been successfully transferred to my name, ie ***** .
3. was there a one month notice period provided by the ud & hd for people, organisation, government departments to raise objection to the transfer of the said property?
4. was any objections raised by any people, organisation or government departments during the transfer process?
5. please provide a copy of the notice put up by the ud & hd .

Hi all i am ***** and i want to know in, 1972 indira gandhi has declared that every body born in india can have land upto 3 acres per head. i also want to have land for agriculture purpose, i want to know the correct procedure. (or ) please tell me how to acquire land for irregation purpose.
