I (**********) wants land patta&chitta change order copy
i am ******** d/o ********* owner of chithode village rs no.57/3,57/7,57/14,57/1,57/5 patta no.173 and
perode village rs no.135/2,135/5,136/4,135/3 patta no.524.recently included the name ******* wife c.thiruyanum in both village pattas.
kindly furnish recent patta change order copy of both perode and chithode village at erode district.
attached the copy of property certificate and inheritent certificate
Information regarding - allocation of plot no and certified copy of approved layout plan

Dear sir,
i (********) am an ex-service man (no. 7117627, rank: naik) served in indian army for 20 years (1969-1989).
in 1989 i was allocated an house site extent:120 sq yards in ews huda approved layout named jai jawan colony, kapra village, keesara mandal, ranga reddy district, telangana (previously part of united andhra pradesh).
this layout is in the survey numbers 376,377/1 in revenue village kapra.
the layout has been altered in between since its formation in 1988 and the number allocated to my plot which was near the current vijay durga temple in the layout, is assigned to some other plot and the physical plot which previously was assigned to me was renumbered with different number.
as there is confusion over the plot number *** as which is allocated to me.
i request the mandal revenue officer to
1) inform me the correct plot number allocated to me as per the revenue records and
2) also give the certified copy of the same from your record and
3) the copy of approved layout plan map to check the physical location of my plot in the layout.

grievance description
dear sir/mam, i am
ex- defense person from indian air force and i had purchased a plot for my
daughter from muhana grah nirman sahkari samit ltd scheme- sachivalya nagar
on tonk road- vatika road but till date my daughter - ms******* have not got the plot possession. we have all documents i.e society patta-allotment letter , receipt and site plan
of plot and duly no dues giving by *******(administator) mr.*********. initially the plot no was given d-*** and again the plot no was revised by mr********** to plot number ***** and no site plan of plot was given to us but than
also possession was not given to my daughter once again we visited to administrator for same than again he issued new plot number i.e plot number ***** a but still the site plan and
possession of plot was not given to my daughter so once again we approached to mr********* than he gave site plan of plot but not handed over the plot possession
to my daughter.time and again we asked for possession he was making different type of commitments to divert the issue as his intention was not fare and till date my family is suffering
from this setback .i have two daughters and still i do not have own house after retirement from defense (indian air force ) till date as at that time what ever amount i got i
invested for plot for daughter and family .i have the responsibility of my daughters higher education as well as their marriage.sir i fought kargil war for the country but that time also
my will power was very strong but after this incident i have totally broken down and i think there is no hope for this country .my humble request to you sir please do needful and resolve my daughters plot issue.sir if you can help than the things can change.i approached to many places but till date no hope.looking forward to hear from you on priority.thanking you sir , with all the
