under the right to information act 2005,section 6, i need some information. the
details of the information are as follows
1. details of the applicant

1) please provide information if, any house has been allotted in ram krishan apartment scheme at shipra path,mansarovar,jaipur by rajasthan
housing board in the name of:
a) pan no ***********, name: *******************, wife of *********, date of birth ************, or
b) pan no abzpt4950g, name: ************, daughter of ************ date of birth ********** 2) if the answer to above clause (1) is yes, then please provide the following details:
a) copy of allotment and possession related documents.
b) copy of affidavits and declarations submitted by allottee.
c) details of property, including complete address.
d) details of cost of housing, including ancillary and other charges with breakdown.
e) date of registration of property and the name in which registered. copy of
registration documents if available.
f) name of institution from which loan taken for the property and reference number of
such loans, if applicable. if no loan taken, please state so.
g) if there is any bar on resale of property by allottee to third party? details of the same.
h) if any noc is required to be sought for resale of property by allottee to third party?
was such noc sought? details of any such noc including application and response
thereto.
3) the information is sought with regards to allotment of flat no ******** in self
finance scheme vt road mansarovar, jaipur vide allotment letter no 2108 dated 30/8/
13 and rhb letter no 1470 dated 18/11/14. the applicant is required to submit an
affidavit stating that neither he nor his family have been allotted a house by rhb in
jaipur.
4) shikha anand, nee taneja, is the legally wedded wife of sk anand vide marriage
registration certificate no f-53 mc (mr) snz /07-08/54 dated 18/5/2007 issued by
the marriage registration officer, sanganer zone, jaipur nagar nigam, jaipur.
