I would like to know whether the 2nd floor on the building at below given address has all the permissions and building plan.
does the rules permit to construct 2nd floor on 14 years old building which does not have any pillars and constructed with mud.
8 families resides in this building and how come a building without any parking space gets plan approved, please clarify.
who takes the responsibility of the families residing in that building.

Dear sir,
my name is *****, w/o. (late) ****** aged ** years. along with my sister*******, w/o. *******, we jointly purchased a residential property approximately in the year 1978/79 in vijayawada. later, we built a 3 floor building at the same place.
i do not have any property document copies with me. so, i approached concerned sro (gandhinagar, vijayawada) to obtain copy/record of the property.
the staff at sro are saying that as the property registered before 1980, they do not have any records of earlier registrations as all the before documents are destroyed in a fire accident.
as the property registered before 1984 and no transactions done on the same property, i am not able to get any record like ec even at sro/e-seva centers also.
now, i need a certified copy of the property registration documents.

1. please provide a copy of occupation certificate no zp-228/sd(dk)/2014/29006 dated 30.12.2014
2. original date of occupation certificate applied by colonizer/developer and reasons for not issuing the occupation certificate previously
3. copy of replies if any given to colonizer/developer by department with respect to colonizer’s/developer’s applications for occupation certificate
4. reasons for not issuing occupation certificate(s) to colonizer/developer if any.
4. in the occupation certificate the area of individual towers are included please confirm that these measurements are taken post completion of development
5. in the occupation certificate the area of individual towers are included please provide the breakup of these areas for tower a3.
6. in the occupation certificate the area of individual towers are included clarify if the balconies, stair case, lobby area, basement, roof, stp, water tank on roof etc are included.
please provide the all requested information as above. if any information is available on the department website, kindly mention the link in the answers.
